MUSTANG SUPER TOURING DELUXE: SEAT REVIEW

Comfort. Support.

The Mustang Super Touring Deluxe One-Piece Seat has proven itself to be an outstanding touring seat. What stands out most is its combination of all-day comfort, excellent lower-back support, and a wide, supportive seating area. It keeps you in a natural riding position without feeling restrictive, and even after thousands of miles, the cushioning has maintained its shape and support.

When you’re stacking hundreds of miles day after day, a good touring seat shouldn’t be something you’re constantly thinking about. It should quietly do its job, minimize fatigue, and let you focus on the ride. This one does exactly that for me. Put through brutal riding conditions and after nearly 30,000 total miles (and still counting), the comfort and support remain as strong as ever. Back support was especially important for me because I was returning to long-distance riding after recovering from two herniated lower discs. The Super Touring Deluxe provided the support and confidence I needed to get back in the saddle.

A big part of getting the right setup was working with Lifestyle Cycles. They took the time to understand how I ride, long-distance touring minded with extended saddle time compared to the average rider, my riding position, and the need for strong back support. Based on those discussions, they recommended the Mustang and the proper fitment. That kind of product knowledge matters. The best seat isn’t always the most expensive or the flashiest. It’s the one that fits the rider and the mission.

The Mustang Super Touring Deluxe continues to deliver the comfort, support, and durability I was looking for. If you’re building a bike for long-distance riding, this is a seat I’d absolutely recommend putting on your short list.
